If you came here from a thumbnail that treats the boxed product as a current store sale, stop. This wiki describes the full game as upcoming. The full game is not a product you can purchase today. How to read “September 2026”

A Steam month window is not a street date. It can mean any day in that month, and it can slide if the developer needs more time. Treat it as a planning season:

• You can block a weekend in September 2026 for a milk tea co-op night.
• You cannot print invitations that say a specific Tuesday until Steam shows a day.
• You should not cancel a laptop purchase “because it launches tomorrow.” Hardware still has to clear system requirements.

The demo listing also includes Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), and Thai. Do not promise in-game Spanish for the full game as confirmed. AI disclosure is already on the store

Generative AI was used in development for art and music, reviewed by the developer. No AI is generated during gameplay. That sentence is part of the product identity before launch. It is not a post-launch patch. If it affects whether you wishlist, read it on Steam, not in a rumor thread.

What to watch on the store page

Refresh the Tasty Chef Steam page for:

• The date widget changing from September 2026 to a day, a different month, or a firmer Coming Soon.
• A price row appearing.
• Platform rows appearing or disappearing.
• The demo module changing shops.
• Playtest opening or closing.
