Tasty Chef on Steam
Full game, demo, playtest, and hub — four URLs, no mirrors.
Tasty Chef lives on Steam. This page is the URL sheet: which app to open, which button is wishlist versus demo versus playtest, and which store tags people misread. Bookmark it. Do not download the game from a third-party mirror. Developer and publisher: Xpercent Games. Support inbox and discussion etiquette live on support. The parent index is the links hub. The one-page game map is Tasty Chef overview.
The four URLs that matter
- Full game store page — https://store.steampowered.com/app/5019920/Tasty_Chef/ App 5019920. Coming Soon. Planned September 2026 window. Wishlist here. There is no listed price. The full game is not a product you can purchase today.
- Demo store page — https://store.steampowered.com/app/5067140/Tasty_Chef_Demo/ App 5067140. Free. Milk tea / bubble tea shop only. Some recipes and features missing. Steam published the demo in September 2026.
- Playtest — same URL as the full game page. Look for Join the Tasty Chef Playtest and Request Access. Requesting is not a key. Acceptance is a Steam notify if Xpercent Games wants testers.
- Community hub — https://steamcommunity.com/app/5019920 Discussions and screenshots attached to app 5019920. It is not a second store.
Install through your Steam client after those pages. If a video description pastes a different numeric ID, ignore it.
Which button to press
- Want a reminder when the September 2026 window firms up? Wishlist 5019920.
- Want to cook tonight? Install the demo 5067140. Confirm Windows 64-bit on system requirements first.
- Want to be in a tester pool? Request Access on 5019920. Then wait. There is no public code list on this wiki.
- Want to argue about a bug with other players? Community hub, or mail the address on support.
Do not press a “buy” button that is not there and then tell a friend the game is sold. Coming Soon is the honest label. Date nuance lives on release date. Slice nuance lives on demo notes and demo and playtest.
Store tags people misquote
- Windows only. No Mac/Linux row to screenshot.
- Steam Deck: Unknown. Not verified, not denied.
- Partial Controller Support. Keep a mouse for Build Mode (Grid G, Equipment Info H).
- Steam Cloud. Listed. Not a promise that demo saves become the full game.
- Family Sharing. Listed as a store category. The game is unreleased, so sharing does not apply yet. Do not plan a household library around a copy nobody can buy.
- Single-player, co-op, online multiplayer. Listed features. How to split a kitchen is on co-op, not on the store tag list.
- AI disclosure. Generative AI used in development for art and music, reviewed by the developer. No AI generated during gameplay.
If a tag disappears or appears, Steam wins. This page will follow the store, not a wiki rumor.
Languages on the two app pages
The full game table currently lists twelve interface languages: English, Simplified Chinese, French, Italian, German, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese (Portugal), Russian, Traditional Chinese, Vietnamese. The demo listing also includes Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), and Thai. Do not promise in-game Spanish for the full game as confirmed. This wiki’s Spanish pages are wiki localization. Recheck both Steam tables after a localization patch.
What the store pages will not teach you
Steam will not tell you to cap toppings at 1. It will not tell you to put ice at the pass. It will not tell you that 38 assigned staff is a late number. After you install, use getting started, the menu planner, and the kitchen flow planner. The store is for ownership and download. The wiki is for the floor.
Embed, share, and canonical caution
When you share Tasty Chef, paste the full game URL for wishlist talk and the demo URL for “play tonight” talk. Mixing them is how people wishlist the demo and then miss a launch ping. Trailing slashes on Steam can bounce; the URLs above match Steam’s current slugs. This wiki’s own pages always use a trailing slash internally (/links/steam/). External Steam links are full https:// URLs on purpose.
If Steam changes a slug, update this page first, then the links hub. Do not hotlink Steam CDN screenshots into guides; this wiki keeps local images. Do not scrape reviews as if they were patch notes. There is no full-game review corpus until the product is sold.
After you click through
Wishlist. Install the demo if the PC clears the min row. Open Tasty Chef overview so Tasty Town names mean something. Mail contact@onepercentstudio.games only when the client actually fails — template on support. That is the entire Steam job. Everything after the download is cooking.
